Client Questionnaires
Client Questionnaires are now completed by clients on-line on a secure website. Clients will receive an email near the time we would normally expect to receive work. This email will give you a user name and password, plus the link to the site. When you are ready to complete your questionnaire you merely click on the link, sign in and commence. It is not necessary to complete the questionnaire in one session as you can save it and come back to it later. When you have finalised the questions a personalised questionnaire, containing all of your answers, will be generated and you will need to print this, sign is and return it to RHB with your records.
The advantage of using the online system is that your answers prompt certain other questions to be opened up eg if you answer Yes to Farming then you will be asked Farming related questions.
If you do not use the internet we can complete the questionnaire on your behalf and send the paper questionnaire to you. Please contact your RHB advisor.
