RHB has a number of different Terms of Engagement depending on the type of work that is being undertaken. The exact scope of the work will be agreed between RHB and the client prior to commencement of the work, and a formal letter will be signed by both parties.

Payment of Accounts
feeSmart – the smarter way to pay
Payment of all accounts is due on the 20th of the month following invoice unless payment upfront has been agreed. For those clients who would like a longer time to pay their RHB fees we can now offer you feeSmart. This is proving popular with clients who want to spread their accounting fees over a 6 or 12 month period. Once the invoices are raised the clients sign a feeSmart contract and bank authority and the fees are deducted from bank accounts through monthly instalments over a 6 or 12 month period. A $50 administration charge is added to the first instalment and feeSmart charge interest at rates similar to bank overdraft rates.
