About Us
The story of RHB Chartered Accountants starts in Te Puke in March 1995, when Tom Rodewald purchased a small practice.
The company became Rodewald Hart Brown as new partners came on board, and in 2009 was renamed RHB Chartered Accountants Ltd.
The practice has grown year on year and now has six Directors and more than 35 staff, with its Head Office in Tauranga and satellite offices in Te Puke and Auckland. RHB provides a comprehensive range of practical services in Insolvency, Business Advisory, Accounting and Taxation for small, medium and large clients.
None of our Directors went straight from university to an accountancy desk job. Their commercial background enables them to provide practical, real-world advice tailored to optimise any business.
They focus on building relationships and working closely with clients to create specific advice that is innovative yet practical.
All of our Directors have real experience in managing businesses and serving on corporate boards. They are all qualified Chartered Accountants holding Public Practice Certificates with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
The Directors are backed by a group of strong senior managers who have used the collegial openness at RHB to develop powerful skill sets built on practical experience.
